Graduate Students and Research Fellows
Goal: To learn how to manage the research process
Requirements:
- Self-starter, growth mindset, collaborative, curious, detail-oriented, mission-aligned
- Three quarter commitment
- Basic statistics & epidemiology training or background is preferred
- Proficiency with quantiative and/or qualitative data analysis program is preferred
- Contribute to 1 peer review manuscript
- Complete CITI Training
Example Responsibilities:
- Co-design study & coordinate recruitment and data collection
- Site planning
- Data analysis
- Lead projects & participate in regular Lab meetings
- Manuscript formulation & preparation
- Mentor undergraduate and/or predoctoral students
Mentored Opportunities as Described Above

Researchers
Goal: Collaboration
Requirements:
- Substantive content or methodological expertise in conducting clinical, heatlth services, or policy research
- Completion or nearing completion of terminal degree (masters, doctoral degree, or PhD)
- Experience with interdisciplinary team
- Complete CITI Training
